Brandy Ortiz

Hi my name is Brandy Ortiz, founder and president of OCD. I am a passionate general contractor who transformed a hobby into a thriving business career. 

What started as building and designing spaces for friends and family evolved into a full-fledged business after the pandemic granted me the opportunity to focus on my craft. With a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a certification in Project Management from Sacramento State I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen plus a love for creating functional, beautiful spaces. That passion drove me to start Ortiz Contracting and Design, a boutique construction and design firm.
