Ortiz Contracting & Design is a full-service contracting and design firm which will turn your dream vision into your reality. We are based out of Northern California and our team has a wealth of knowledge to successfully execute your project from concept to completion making the process as simple as possible for you. We will consult you in floor plan development, exterior and interior elevations, custom cabinetry, surface finishes, flooring, lighting, plumbing selections and much more. We will work with you to create the ideal living space for you, your family and friends to admire for years to come.
DO WE WORK WITH OUTSIDE DESIGNERS & ARCHITECTS?
Absolutely! While we offer simple in-house design ideas and solutions we love to collaborate with outside designers and architects to deliver the ultimate client projects. Lets us do what we do best, manage the construction side of the project!
WHO WE ARE
With an eye for design and a passion for creating an amazing living space, we have decided to officially launch (OCD) Ortiz Contracting & Design. Fifteen years ago my husband and I decided to build our first custom home due to the limited availability of homes for sale in our area and the poor design options offered. We hired a General Contractor that attempted to take advantage of us financially, which forced us to take over the project to design and build the home ourselves as an “Owner Builder.” We have since built 3 custom homes, completed 2 home additions and managed numerous other home improvement projects in the Northern California area.
The lack of General Contractors with a good sense of design in our area has excelled us to acquire our own General Contracting license. Ortiz Contracting and Design will modify and build your dream space on time and on budget. When you hire us to manage your project, you will enjoy the simplicity and peace of mind of Contracting & Design all in one service. We pride ourselves in being honest and easy to work with, having a team of the best subcontractors available and always keeping open lines of communication with our clients.
